These subtle nods to Mediterranean estates, reminiscent of Il Pellicano on the Tuscan coast, add an unexpected layer of timeless glamour.

Secure garaging is seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape, thoughtfully concealed and accessed via the main entrance driveway and parking areas.

Moving toward the bay, a central, open-plan living area acts as the heart of the home, connecting the various guest accommodations.
